Rick Bandimere has been licensed since 1984. He is co-owner and current Broker of Keller Williams Classic Realty in Coon Rapids. Rick is also a co-owner of Keller Williams Classic Realty NW in Maple Grove. A life time resident of the Anoka County area, Rick was an active volunteer in youth Baseball to Basketball programs from 1988-2007. Rick has also given back to his profession. He has been an active Director for North Metro Realtors Association since 2004 and is currently President Elect for North Metro Association of Realtors. Rick has been married for 32 years to his high school sweet heart, Mary Jo. Their only child, Adam just married Molly Simonson in June of 2009 and they are expecting their first child in April of 2010. Rick’s hobbies include softball, golf, and travel

Marilee Moerke-Green joined the Bandimere Team in September of 2006. She joins our team with over 11 years of experience in almost every avenue of Real Estate, and she has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1999. She has a real passion for the business and taking care of the clients. Marilee enjoys spending time with her husband Brady, daughter Madelynn, son Conroy and the family dog Cinder. When time allows, she loves to travel and take trips to the spa. Marilee is also a supporter of the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer foundation, and a regular platelet and blood donor for the Red Cross.

Babette Cristilly has been licensed in Real Estate for over 2 years and joined The Bandimere Team in October 2004 specializing in listing specialist and marketing development. She uses her 15 years of marketing experience, prior to entering real estate, in developing marketing strategies for The Bandimere Team and our clients. Babette is also served as a Keller Williams Team Leader, coaching and consulting agents on business planning and marketing. Her coaching experience helps her develop the best plan for buyers and sellers by listening to what is important to them and what their goals are for buying or selling a home. Babette served on the 2005 board for the Women’s Council of Realtors, Twin Cites Chapter as the Vice President of Membership. She is also certified in the National Association of Realtors At Home With Diversity: One America program; a program that promotes fair housing and equal opportunity. Above all, Babette believes that buyers and sellers deserve respect, good information; someone to listen to what is important to them and gets the results they want. While most of her "free" time is devoted to her family, she does find time to sing in a band that includes her husband of over 20 years and some wonderful friends.

Rich Kerner Hi, I have been a real estate agent since 2003. I have spent my entire real estate career with Keller Williams because of their great belief in faith and family. In 2007 I joined the Bandimere Team with hopes to expand my business. Not only have I expanded my business but have had great success with all transactions. I have a wide range of experience in buying, selling, foreclosure, short sale, investments, 1031 exchange, and have helped create two residential neighborhoods in the north metro.

I have been married for 14 years to my high school sweetheart, Theresa and we have 7 awesome kids! I have an amazing amount of patience and understanding especially when it comes to a growing family! Believe me... not only is "Moving Fun" but so is life!

Over the years I have had the opportunity to learn from and work with the best in the business. I have extensive training in all aspects of real estate transactions; especially negotiation, marketing and ethics.

On the Bandimere Team my focus is on REO (Bank Owned) and short sale transactions. As a "Certified Distressed Property Expert" or CDPE agent, I have extensive training and knowledge of the short sale and foreclosure process.

Lisa Foster joined The Bandimere Team in August 2005. She comes to the team with 20+ years experience in banking and loan administration. In her spare time, she loves antiquing. Her two children Elliot, 17, and Emily, 15, keep her very busy. She loves to watch Elliot play baseball, and basketball, and enjoys listening to Emily play the piano.

Her and her husband Paul, have been married 21 years. The family is very involved in youth ministries at Epiphany Catholic Church where Paul sings in the Life Teen Band.
